Training women to build micro-enterprises around traditional Ugandan food systems, preserving heritage and creating income.
This program trains women in the production, preservation and marketing of indigenous Ugandan foods — from millet and sorghum processing to traditional sauce and grain enterprises. Graduates receive starter kits, market linkages and ongoing mentorship.
