MHO Launches Safe Shelter Program in Kampala
Meli Heritage Organisation officially opened its first transitional shelter for street-connected girls in Kampala this month.
We are proud to announce the opening of our first safe shelter in Kampala. This milestone marks the beginning of our journey to provide safety, care and hope to the most vulnerable girls in our community.
The shelter will serve up to 20 girls at a time, providing trauma-informed care, education support and reintegration services.
